The selling of fireworks started last Sunday in Beijing and will last until the Lantern Festival (Feb.28). Fireworks will be allowed to be set off from New Year's Eve (Feb.13) to Feb.28. It is expected that millions of volunteers will help to promote safety during the Spring Festival all over the country. Fireworks made for Valentine’s Day and the national celebration are among the best sellers this year.
