Sep 04, 2009 By eChinacities.com

All kinds of liquids, powder goods, pastes and unidentified things are banned from posting. The rule starts from September 2 and will wait for the administrative department’s notice to be lifted. The liquid goods are being suspended for the second time after the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

Perfume, Shampoo, essential oil and cough syrup are on the list of restricted items, according to the postal service staff. Besides these items, the daily-use chemical whitening powders and pastes such as toothpastes are also on the list.
