A Beijing-based foreign artist named “Matt” could be seen riding around CBD on March 26 rocking a custom-made air filter system built into his bike.

Matt told reporters that he constructed the air filtration system using a perforated IKEA trash bin, motorcycle helmet, fighter pilot mask, wheel power generator and home air filtration unit. When biking, the electricity generated from pedaling powers the unit, providing him with clear air.
