From October 15th to the 17th, Beijing 798 International Tattoo Arts Festival will be held at the Beijing 798 Art Zone. There will be a presentation of the trendiest tattooing methods in the industry to date, a competition for tattoo artists, a discussion panel and seminar for those employed in the industry, a painting exhibition, a photography exhibition and a car painting exhibit centered around the theme of tattoos and its art.
