With a total investment of 300 million RMB and an area of 30 thousand square meters, Jiangning Baijiahu Lake 1912 Street in Nanjing was officially opened to the public recently. It has now attracted over 60 catering businesses. Baijiahu Lake 1912 Street is the second 1912 street in Nanjing, located on the southeast bank of Baijiahu Lake and adjacent to the station of the south extension of Metro Line 1. All buildings on 1912 street are of European style, 60%—70% of which are run by various catering businesses and 30% of which by bars and other supporting facilities such as spas, beauty salons and karaoke bars.
