The annular solar eclipse will occur on the afternoon of Jan. 15th. The whole process will last for more than two hours from 15:20 to 18:00. The annular solar eclipse will be visible in 95% of the areas in Chongqing if the weather permits. The last annular eclipse happened in 1987 and people probably have to wait another 3043 years to see the next one.
