Animal Abuse: Man Seen Whipping Monkeys in Zhuhai
Feb 07, 2013 By eChinacities.com

During the afternoon of February 5, a man was seen performing with monkeys at a square in Zhuhai, which soon attracted a large crowd of onlookers. When the monkeys misbehaved, the man screamed, shouted, and used a leather whip to keep them in line. In the performance, which was mostly watched by children, the monkeys danced, rode bicycles, and even smoked, with the 30-year-old man from Henan “disciplined” them each time they misbehaved. After the man started shouting and swearing in front of children, police were called to the scene and eventually made him pack up and leave.
