Two foreign male teachers, one from America and one from Pakistan, were deported from Yangquan, Shanxi for teaching without legal work visas. They worked at a local English tutoring center for children.
The two men were detained by the police, and are in the process of being deported.

I read about this in the newspaper as well. If they were working illegally and had to deported, then fine. However, there's no mention of their companies or recruiters facing any action. Shouldn't they be held mainly responsible?
