Over 1,200 blue-light taxis in Dalian are currently being equipped with credit card payment systems, and will be able to accept credit cards in time for the National Day holiday. By the end of the year, all 8,000 taxis in Dalian, in addition to accepting credit cards, will also be equipped with GPS systems.
