Making his China debut, Akon will perform in Beijing in what is being billed as “the biggest concert event of the year” on November 4th. The multi-platinum R&B superstar, who has a mind-boggling 40 Billboard top 100 songs under his belt, including “Angel”, “Beautiful”, “Locked Up” and “Lonely”, will perform a 150 minute set at the Wukesong Arena. The Wukesong Arena was used for the basketball games during the 2008 Beijing Olympics and has since been converted into an 18,000 seat a state-of-the-art, multi-use performance centre. Tickets are expected to sell out quickly, so buy them while you still can.
