Accelerated construction of Harbin-Dalian Express Rail

The 345m Bijiashan Tunnel has been smoothly run through and the only cross-sea bridge, Pulandian Gulf Grand Bridge is under construction and is expected to be completed in June 2010.

 

Harbin-Dalian express rail is 1100km in total. Starting construction on Aug. 23rd 2007, it will be completed by end of this year. After completion, it will be the most advanced passenger transportation rail in Northeast China and China as a whole. It will take about 3 hours from Dalian to Harbin and only 90 minutes from Dalian to Shenyang.
