70 Trains Departing from Harbin Change Schedules

Starting from August 28th, Harbin Railway Bureau began to enforce the new train operation plan, according to which the departure times of 70 trains would be affected. The D28 train from Harbin to Beijing now departs eight minutes earlier than the previous schedule, and also extends the whole operation time by 51 minutes. The following table shows the change of departure times of six bullet trains departing from Harbin.
