Need an incentive to go sightseeing in Shanghai? Now you’ve got one: from September 14-18, 52 scenic sites in Shanghai will be half price as part of the 2013 Shanghai Tourism Festival which lasts from September 14 to October 6. The festival will kick off with a 20-float parade and performances from 29 foreign performance groups.
Sites taking part in this promotion include: Shanghai Happy Valley, Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Shanghai Science & Technology Museum, 88th Floor Observation Deck at Jinmao Tower (09:00-17:00 only), observation deck at Shanghai World Financial Center (94th floor), Chocolate Happy Land, Madam Tussaud’s, Shanghai Zoo etc. For a full list of attractions click here.
