Phase I of Guangzhou North Third Ring (Zengcheng to Dongguan) expressway opened to traffic on Dec. 29th 2008, which will save 50 minutes for passengers from north of Guangzhou to Shenzhen. The Phase III of Dongguan-Shenzhen expressway under construction will be open to traffic in July 2009, which will be the second express passage from Guangzhou to Shenzhen, making Shenzhen, Dongguan and Guangzhou a 1-hour life circle.
