Harbin’s 3rd Annual Forest Music Festival will be held at the Shenlu Scenic Area August 18-26. The opening ceremony on August 18 will give you a taste of what to expect in terms of Harbin’s music scene with an a capella children’s performance of Jane Zhang’s hit, “World Filled with Love”. Get ready for eight days filled with classical nostalgic music, and folk and pop rock from 20 of Harbin’s best bands. The closing ceremony will feature the nationally recognized Tang Dynasty music band. There will also be a food street with near 100 of your favorite Heilongjiang snacks, as well as a beer marquee for all you beer and music lovers out there.

Getting there: From Harbin Daowai Transport Station take the bus to Pingshan, buses leave at 9:10, 11:30 and 13:30
