On March 10, 40 very angry parents turned up at the Soong Foundation Fengyun Kindergarten after they found out that the school, without the permission of parents and having not consulted doctors, gave their children the prescription drug Moroxydine. Moroxydine was developed in the 1950s as an influenza treatment, but have some pretty strong side-effects.

A doctor has since examined all the children and they all seem to be okay. A police investigation has begun and three of the teachers have been arrested.
