China Southern Airlines will open a new flight route from Guangzhou to London on June 6th. The good news for people in Wuhan is that interested customers can buy a through-ticket at Wuhan Airport for as low as 2,800 RMB (excluding taxes) or 4,800 RMB including taxes, which takes them from Wuhan to London via Guangzhou. This through-ticket enables Wuhan passengers to conveniently transfer in Guangzhou without having to check in and get a new boarding card.
When the route opens, China Southern will operate one flight every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from Guangzhou to London, departing at 09:00 and arriving in London at 15:25 local time. The return trip operates every Wednesday and Friday, taking off at 22:30 from London and arriving back in Guangzhou at 15:20 local time. On Sundays, the return flight departs from London at 18:25 and arrives at 13:35 in Guangzhou.
