260 RMB More for French Visa
Mar 25, 2009 By eChinacities.com

The Consulate General of France in Guangzhou held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on March 12 for the new VisasFrance center, which will handle all French visa application procedures from now on. Those seeking to visit France will now pay a 60 Euro visa fee as well as a 260RMB service fee.

VisasFrance processes applications in Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan and Fujian provinces, although visa issuance rights still belong to the Consulate General of France in Guangzhou.

This is the fifth VisasFrance center opened in China following those in Beijing, Chengdu, Shenyang and Wuhan. Inaugurated in March, the center receives French and Cshengen Visa documents and passes them on to the French Consulate.
