The 2013 Poly International Kite Festival will be held at Chengdu’s Poly 198 Park from March 22-24. The event has invited kite fliers from America, Taiwan, and Malaysia to perform, as well as the “King of the South-East Wind”, Deng Jing. Visitors can feast their eyes on all kinds of different kites, and have the chance to win prizes by participating in various activities. Let’s hope the wind is up on the day!
