The 2012 Qingdao International Auto Show will be held at Qingdao International Convention and Exhibition Center May 16-21. The show will occupy an area of over 100,000 square metres and will feature 250 auto companies. The north outdoor square will display motor homes; the ‘inner hall 6’ will display vehicles running on renewable energy; finally, famous modals such as the Rolls-Royce Phantom II EWB, new Bentley GTC, Lamborghini LP770-4 and Infinite F1 racing car will be exhibited in Halls 2 and 4 (the luxury hall).

Getting there: Take bus 110, 230, 311, 375, 380, 382, 386, 606, 610, 321, 612, 375, 619, 301, 304 to Convention and Exhibition Center or to Qingdao Museum or to Lida Square
