On April 7th, the Harbin Government officially issued the plan for the 2011 Harbin Summer International Beer Festival. According to the plan, this year’s festival will be held from June 30th to July 11th at Harbin Snow and Ice World. The festival will offer many new events, including a stage on ice, ice ballet, ice acrobatics and carriage-rides. Visitors will be able to cool off while enjoying different kinds of beer on the newly-built ice stage.
