The 3rd Shanghai Shopping Festival is held from September 12 to October 8. Themed “Experiencing the charm of the metropolis starts from shopping”, the festival will hold various shopping themes and travel activities. The big shopping malls will promote different consumer programs to let the consumers enjoy the best and most convenient shopping environment, and to buy the best quality goods at the lowest prices in the ‘shopping paradise’ of Shanghai.
