18 Streets Made One-way in Taiyuan since March 10th

According to reports, on March 10th Taiyuan City government made 18 streets one-way and transformed the other side of the road into parking spaces. Any motorist who violates the rule will face a fine of 200 RMB and 3 points. The parking system in these narrow streets had previously caused much inconvenience to local residents, with roads frequently blocked by illegally parked cars.
