In recent days, it has gotten warmer in Jinan, so ice is melting in the Yellow River Jinan Section. On Jan. 29th 2009, Shuokou Pontoon was in use again. By Jan. 31st 2009, 13 out of 20 pontoons in the Yellow River Jinan Section were open to traffic. The remaining 7 will open to traffic in the near future to ease the transportation pressure.
