The 12th International Skiing Festival will kick off in Harbin on Dec. 12th and will last for about four months. Various skiing activities will be held throughout Heilongjiang Province, including winter tourist festivals, tourist themed events, skiing competitions, entertainment activities. Skiing promotions will also be launched.
