This morning, January 4, at about 10:00, 12 people gathered on the edge of a government building and threatened to jump off. Around 120 police officers, firemen and hostage negotiators rushed to the Shuozhou National Development and Reform Commission in Shanxi Province.
The people were talked down from the building and met with government officials in the meeting room of the building.

Probably due to unpaid wages... I feel sorry for these migrant workers. They work pretty decently for crap wages and are LUCKY to get paid on time. They always need to resort to crazy actions like this to get things done and about 50%+ of the time, they end up in jail or dead.
