103 year-old Huang Guihua, who lives in Dongyao Village near Nanning, has a total of ten children—nine boys and one girl. Although her sixth son passed away trying to rescue a drowning person in 1974, the others have all remained perfectly healthy – and went on to produce many healthy kids themselves.

Dongyao is a relatively small village, with roughly 29 families and around 130 people living there. However, by having 110 children and grandchildren hanging about the place, the Huang family can certainly stake a claim to be top dogs in the village. Incredibly, Huang also has other descendants who live in other areas, and if you add them and their children to the total, the number comes to a whopping 194, spread out over five generations.

Huang Guihua is still in good health and has her sight and hearing, and puts her longevity down to good moods, light meals, and going to bed at 20:00 on the dot every evening. Kids, take note!
