On Jan. 17th 2009, the 1000-year old wine cellar in Mount Xiangshan held an opening ceremony, which has attracted thousands of people from home and abroad to taste the best wine of the past 50 years.

Wine in Guilin is always stored in the grottos of Mount Xiangshan, which has two double-layered caves with an area of about 5,000 sq.m. Thousands of tons of Guilin Sanhua wine from the 1950s have been stored inside for years.
