Bill Dodson – This is China!
Apr 03, 2009 By Fred Dintenfass , eChinacities.com

He’s not the LA Sheriff’s Deputy taken hostage in Day 4 of Season 4 of 24 but the China-based Bill Dodson, blogger and lawyer, wears a lot of hats. As General Manager of Asia Base, Dodson has been helping western companies navigate the sometimes murky and often overwhelming China business world for a decade and a half.

Dodson also writes regularly for Eurobiz Magazine, is often quoted in international publications about China business, and runs the This Is China! Blog. This is China! is a great source of China news, business and otherwise, broken into manageable chunks and mixed with personal anecdotes, that can be understood and enjoyed even by those of us without business or legal qualifications.

Social and economic trends, IT, outsourcing, and expat life are all covered in a comfortable knowledgeable manner by a man with a lot of experience, connections, and willingness to share what he’s learned.
