A German health magazine has reported on a variety of research regarding the effects of coffee on human health. They reached the conclusion that drinking coffee is beneficial to the brain and liver.

"Green Cross" magazine reports that drinking coffee can speed up digestion and prevent suffering from diabetes, Alzheimer's disease and liver cirrhosis.

The report points out that coffee has considerable advantages for the human body. For example, coffee can greatly help the improvement of concentration and reduce the chances of suffering from liver cirrhosis. According to experiments, people drinking at least four cups of coffee per day can reduce their risk of liver cirrhosis by as much as 80%.

In addition, coffee has many components that contribute to health, such as antioxidants, which can reduce the chances of suffering from Alzheimer's disease by 50%.
