Dalian’s Most Popular Shopping Malls Around Qingniwaqiao

Historic Qingniwaqiao (青泥洼桥, literally, "bridge over the blue mud swamp"), is the de facto central business district of Dalian. To locals, this historic area south of the train station is effectively synonymous with "downtown Dalian". It's here that you'll find many of Dalian's best shopping malls; here we introduce four of the most well-known.

1) Victory PlazaView In Map
Victory Plaza is currently recognized as housing the largest underground shopping center in all of Asia. With three floors of stores and eight convenient tunnels to other shopping areas, Victory is the perfect place to begin your shopping session. Check out the B2 level for shoes and B3 for jewelry and other accessories. Best of all, you can haggle over prices at most stalls. Just watch out for stores advertising an "everything-must-go sale" (清仓甩货), chances are the "sale" is actually year-round and there's no deal to be had at all.
