1) Yellow Crane Tower (Huanghe Lou) Park 黄鹤楼公园 View In Map
One of the first parks in China to be officially designated a 5A tourist attraction, Yellow Crane Tower Park was established over 1700 years ago in 223 AD, during the second year of the reign of Wu Huangwu in the Three Kingdoms era. Located in front of the three famous Jiangnan buildings, Yellow Crane Tower Park has always enjoyed a great reputation as one of the most scenic spots in the world.

2) East Lake Eco-Tourism Scenic Area东湖生态旅游风景区 View In Map
The largest lake in China to be located within a city, this 4A tourist attraction has recently opened its five large parks – Tingtao (Kikunami), Moshan, Chuidi, Luoyan and Ma An Shan Forest – for public use and enjoyment. Among the first places in China to be officially promoted as a top-notch scenic area, East Lake stands out on a national scale for its beautiful vistas and cultural ambiance, and has received more public appreciation than any of the other top ten scenic spots in China.

3) Wuhan Botanical Gardens 武汉植物园 View In Map
Designated a 4A tourist attraction, the Wuhan Botanical Gardens contains the largest display of aquatic plants in the world, a Chinese Gooseberry germplasm cultivation garden, and ten specialized botanical gardens and scenic areas. Also including special exhibits on tulips and desert plants, the gardens have rightly become one of the most famous destinations in Wuhan.

4) Mulan Heaven Lake (Tian Chi) Scenic Area木兰天池风景区 View In Map
This class 4A tourist attraction is divided into two areas: a scenic section prime for sightseeing and a separate resort built for leisure. The sightseeing areas are mainly composed of the many romantic vistas and landscapes within the scenic area, including a deep, stirringly beautiful gorge. The resort features the Heaven’s Lake Hotel, as well as a number of villas, wooden buildings, and a large restaurant that can comfortably seat 500 patrons.

5) Mulan Mountain Scenic Area木兰山风景区 View In Map

Mulan Mountain has more than a 1500-year long history as a religious site for both Taoists and Buddhists. As one of the top parks in the province, Mulan Mountain is a nature reserve and cultural preservation area.
