Longgang Botanical Gardens 龙岗植物园 View In Map
Longgang Gardens is located south of Niuao Reservoir in the Longgang district of the town of Longgang. It sits on 3,202 acres of unblemished splendor. The scenery here is simply fantastic: ringed on all four sides by green mountains, the gardens encircle a shining lake dotted with two islands. The gardens feature between 3500-4000 different plants, including tropical species from China and beyond, ornamental varieties noted for their loveliness, those with great scientific or economic value, and nearly a thousand others precious, rare or strange enough to be selected.
