All Hallows Eve is nearly upon us, and the witches of the earth are ready to set free all manner of ghouls and ghastlies. It’ll be a dangerous time to be on the streets of Shanghai, and it will be for the best to choose a party to find sanctuary in. But how to decide? There are just too many choices to choose from. And with no clear plan, your group could end up a misfit band of a vampire, a superhero, a filthy witch and a toilet-paper wrapped mummy wandering the French concession trying to hide from Death’s minions. So, to make your life easier and give you more time to create that (serial) killer outfit, here is the eChinacities’ 2013 Halloween roundup.
