Five pilot areas including great Hexi, Yunlong, Zhaoshan, Tianyi and Binhu are selected from the three cities of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan.

 

Changsha Furong CBD, located in the productive service center, one of the 9 functional centers of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan city cluster has advantages in terms of location, transportation, finance, business, commerce and information. Furong District hopes to construct Furong CBD to the center of the five pilot areas with all-round productive services and also the “Manhattan” of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan and even of Central China.
