The 2012 Zhang Guan Li Dai Music Festival takes over Xi'an June 22-23. Held at Banpo Art District (originally called Textile Town Art District), the festival will feature some of the biggest names in Chinese rock. The festival is also setting up a second stage for the first time this year, one exclusively dedicated to showcasing Xi'an's local musical talent.
