Yiwu plans to implement industry standards for Christmas products, especially Christmas lamps, Christmas trees and Christmas decorations. It will be the first industry standard for Christmas products in mainland China when it’s put into use. It was drafted by the National Centre of Quality Supervision, Inspection for Commodity and Yiwu Entry-exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau and some other enterprises. Yiwu is an important Christmas articles producer, contributing over 50% of Christmas products to the world market.
