Xi'an Xianyang Airport Annual Passenger Throughput Exceeds 20 million

On December 8th, the 20 millionth passenger travelled through the Xianyang Airport in Xi'an this year. Four years ago, the airport's passenger throughput was 10 million, becoming the first airport in Northwest China to reach that level. It has now become China's 8th busiest airport. The other seven airports are Beijing, Shanghai (Pudong, Hongqiao), Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu and Kunming.
