Xi’an Waste Management Trucks Cause 46 Deaths in 10 Months

Over the past 10 months, 43 serious traffic accidents in Xi’an were caused by waste management trucks, killing a total of 46 people. Accordingly, Xi’an traffic police recently organised a safety training course for the truck drivers with traffic offences, at the end of which they have to pass a test. Those who fail the test will be given a make-up examination, and will have their driver’s license revoked should they fail again.
