Xi'an's Airport is located 47 km northwest of downtown Xi'an. Although it is referred to as Xi'an's airport, it is located in the neighboring city of Xianyang. The airport offers more than 150 daily domestic flights and 25 international flights to Asia, Europe, Oceania and America. Xi'an International Airport is noted for having the most international connections in Western China.

Please take the airport shuttle two and a half hours before your flight. For international flights, passengers should take the shuttle three hours in advance. Please refer to the shuttle bus timetables for departure times.

Taxi:
Taxis can be found outside the departure and arrival gates. Although it is not considered the must budget friendly way to get to the city of Xi'an at 100 RMB, travelers may not have an alternative after 18:00.
