Xi’an Metro Line 1 Project Moving Along with 3.8 km Completed

After the successful trial operation of Xi’an Metro Line 2, which began on September 16th, another important metro line in Xi’an, Line 1, has entered a crucial period of its development. So far everything has gone well and 3.8 km worth of track has been laid. The whole line is expected to be finished by May 2012, which means that the first transfer station in Xi’an is just around the corner.
