Xi’an Imposes New Transport Rules: ‘Frolicking’ Forbidden in Subway

According to the regulations of the Xi’an Urban Rail Traffic Ordinance which was amended recently, passengers who distribute publicity materials, engage in sales activities, caught messing about willy-nilly, or making a bloody racket in the subway will be not be allowed to use the operational transit services.
