Enterprises in the Torch (Xiang'an) Industrial Park will enjoy better service provided by the new Bonded Center. Xiamen Torch (Xiang'an) Bonded Logistics Center (B Type), which is located in Xiang'an District and covers an area of 2.5 square kilometers, has been approved by the General Administration of Customs, the Ministry of Finance, the State Administration of Taxation, and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange. The construction of hardware facilities in the Xiamen Torch (Xiang'an) Bonded Logistics Center has been finished and the administrative software facilities are undergoing coordination tests.
