This is a cheap and convenient way for visitors to travel short distances around the city. Most fares will start at 5 RMB. Price should be negotiated in advance.

Tourist Bus
Wuhan runs a number of tourist bus services. With specially designed routes that reach many of the scenic spots, these buses are usually denoted by the number '4'. Routes 401 and 402 offer the most comprehensive tours. An all-day ticket costs 5 RMB, and a one-trip ticket costs 2 RMB.

Suburban Tourist Line: Wuhan has four suburban tourist lines that start at 9:30
Line 1: Wuhan Port – Huangbei Mulan Shan Scenic Area – Mulan Lake Tourism Area (16 RMB)
Line 2: Wuhan Port – Wuhan Modern Vegetable Garden – Xinzhou Daoguan River Scenic Area (18 RMB)
Line 3: Wuhan Port – Caidian Wild Animal Park (12 RMB)
Line 4: Wuhan Port – Wuhan Ethnic Culture Village - Huatai Villa Tangxun Lake Scenic Area – Jiangxialong Quanshan Scenic Area (10 RMB)

AYangtze River cruise is one of the most enjoyable journeys on the planet. Visitors to Wuhan can catch a cruise liner to Yichang, or many other scenic spots along the Yangtze.
