I graduated criminology in Canada, my observation of these photo's would indicate that this suspect, maybe a female and familiar with this bank and may live in the area in which this event occurred. It is also possible that this person maybe a customer at this bank or an ex gruntled employee. The target being "the bank" would indicate that this person is in financial ruin, and might have wanted to seek revenge. I urge the Police to exercise level 10 caution in apprehending this suspect. They may very well be armed with explosives or may take drastic measures to avoid apprehension.
