Local Wuhan snacks sutang and jingguo were recently received gold models at the National Pastry Contest, the first time the award has been won by Wuhan snacks. Co-hosted by the National Administration of Quality Supervision and the National Food Industry Association, the award is considered the Oscar of Chinese bakery. With a history of over 300 years, the two local specialties are also expected to be presented at the Expo.
