Urumqi Oscar Youhao International Cinema, run by the Xinjiang Tianshan film industry, opened on April 29th. The cinema occupies 1,300 square meters and seats 400. The construction of the cinema cost around eight millions RMB; the high quality stereo and screening components were imported.
