On June 1st, at 14:37, China Southern Airlines flight CZ6893 traveling from Urumqi to Nalati, arrived successfully at Nalati Airport – the first of such flights since services were resumed at Nalati Airport this year. Nalati Airport is the first of seasonally operated airports in Xinjiang; it was first completed and started operations in 2006. In 2009, the airport operated a total of 175 days, servicing 43,700 passengers that year.
