Log in WWW.XDPWT.COM or www.harbin2009.org for online tickets reservation or go to the ticketing offices of the 24th Winter Universiade for tickets. Tickets for the opening ceremony drawing can be done online and via telephone 4006-3333-88 and the result will be decided through a lottery.
