Take a Ferry to See the National Day Fireworks

A splendid music and art fireworks display to celebrate China's 60th anniversary will take place by the river between Changjiang Bridge and Changjiang Er Bridge on the night of October 1st. On the occasion, 6 Wuhan ferry boats will cruise to the best observation spots on the river near the fireworks launch platform. Residents can get on the boat to get the best sight of the grand ceremony.
Tips:
There will be two types of fleets attending the ceremony: the first fleet named "Qingchuange (晴川阁)" is made up of luxury ships, with tickets for these priced at 300 RMB per person (includes complimentary tickets to the beach, Western snacks, drinks and fruits). Ticket selling and boarding areas are located at Hankou Yuehan Port.
Ships named "Xin Xin (新鑫)" make up the second fleet, whose tickets cost 120 RMB per person (includes complimentary drinks and food gift bags). The ticket sales area is Hankou Wuhan Guan Port and Wuchang Zhonghua Lu Port. The boarding area is located by Hankou Miaojia Port (Beside Wuhan Guan Port).

Getting to Yuehan Port: take bus no. 30, 212, 402, 603 and 725 and get off at the Yuehan Port stop.
